I. Requirements to open an account:

• Must be a regular member of San Jose Koop
• Initial deposit to open an account is ₱10,000.00
• Minimum share capital requirement of ₱1M and above deposits shall be 1.5% or minimum of ₱15,000.00

II. Characteristics:

• An investment certificate held at a contractual term and rate is issued thereafter
• Maintaining balance and minimum deposit is ₱10,000.00 to earn interest
• Additional deposits below minimum maintaining balance will also be accepted
• All deposits shall only be made on the day of maturity or after if the date falls on weekends or holiday. Only the following business day will be given as grace period for additional deposit with maturity that falls on weekends or holiday

III. Interest Rate:

• Interest rate ranges from 1.5% p.a. to 4.5% pa depending on the amount and term of deposits.
• If not renewed at maturity, interest rate shall be computed based on one (1) month term
• If withdrawable is made before the agreed term, interest rate shall be based on savings deposit rate

I. Requirements to open an account:

• Must be a regular member of San Jose Koop
• Must be atleast 50 years-old and above: (such as retirees, senior citizens and persons with disabilities)
• Initial deposit to open an account is ₱1,200,000.00 but not more than ₱6,000,000.00 

II. Characteristics:

• San Jose Koop will accept fresh deposits only.
• Certificate of Long-Term Time Deposit (LTTD) shall be provided
• Non-transferable and non-withdrawable for five (5) years.
• After is maturity date, depositor shall surrender the Time Deposit Certificate or may consider the following options:

Option 1 - Members may renew for another 5 years.

Option 2 - Members may partially withdraw its principal deposit with its interest monthly within 5 years and will be deposited to member's regular savings account based on the scheduled provided by San Jose koop. (with sample computation)

Option 3 - Full withdrawable of deposits.

III. Interest Rate:

• Interest rate 6% per annum, Interest income shall be distributed and deposited to his/her regular savings account monthly.
• But in case of emergency, the depositor may file his/her LTTD withdrawal before the agreed term. However, the interest income received from LTTD shall be deducted to principal deposit.
• Upon death of the depositor, the same interest rate or 6% p.a. will be the reference on the interest computation.

• ₱2,000.00 - ₱20,000.00 - 2% per annum

• Withdrawable anytime or as the need arises
• Maintaining balance is ₱500.00 to earn an interest
• Designed to help members to save money for medical needs such as hospitalization, consultation fees, medicines, laboratory fees, pregnancy, operation or surgical expense, etc..

III. Interest Rate:

• 1.5% per annum

I. Requirements to open an account:

• Must be a regular member of San Jose Koop
• Initial deposit to open an account is ₱500.00

II. Characteristics:

• Withdrawable only at the Age of retirement (60 years old) or resignation of membership.
• Maintaining balance is ₱500.00 to earn an interest
• Designed to encourage employed or self-employed members to save money for their retirement
• Must be 18 - 50 years old to open an account

III. Interest Rate:

• 6% Compounded per annum

I. Requirements to open an account:

• Must be a regular member of San Jose Koop
• Auto Debit Payment is applicable to all types of loans
• For non-collaterized loan, only members with good credit record for the period of one (1) year are qualified.

• Initial deposit to open an account is ₱2,000.00

II. Characteristics:

• Intended for automatic payment of loan.
• Maintaining balance of ₱2,000.00 to earn an interest

III. Interest Rate:

• 1.5% per annum

I. Requirements to open an account:

• Must be a regular member of San Jose Koop
• Must submit photocopy of Marriage Certificate or Marriage Contract (If married) or Affidavit of cohabitation (if live-in)
• Initial deposit to open an account is ₱500.00

II. Characteristics:

• Withdrawable anytime
• Maintaining balance is ₱500.00 to earn an interest
• Designed to help legally married couple either civil or church wedding, live-in partner or engaged intended for their expenses for the future. A joint account savings for romantic couples and partner.

III. Interest Rate:

• 1.5% per annum

I. Requirements to open an account:

• Must be a regular member of San Jose Koop
• Must fill out application form
• Initial deposit to open an account is ₱500.00

II. Characteristics:

• This type of savings product is designed to encourage our members to open an account intended for unexpected financial emergencies.
• Can be withdrawn when financial crisis was realized or happened.
• Emergency Fund must be equivalent to 6 month-over all expenses based on financial declaration.
• After using the emergency fund, members must rebuild his emergency fund within six (6) months after the withdrawal.
• In case of non-movement on deposits for five (5) years, account will be consider as Dormant. In Dormancy account, San Jose Koop will charge ₱10.00 per month and not entitled to recive interest income until the account become active again.

III. Interest Rate:

• 2% per annum

I. Requirements to open an account:

• All regular members of San Jose Koop are qualified to open this savings account intended for their qualified dependent/beneficiary age 0 to 12 years old.
• Must fill out enrollees application form or signature card.
• Submit Child's Birth Certificate
• 3 pcs of 2x2 latest ID picture
• Initial deposit to open an account is ₱500.00

II. Characteristics:

• Minimum deposit is ₱500.00 but not to exceed ₱50,000.00 per year while the maximum deposit is ₱500,000.00
• Can only be withdrawn after finishing the K-12 program.
• After reaching the maturity or after graduating the K to 12 programs, the balance shall be automatically credited to his/her savings account every semester within 5 years.
• Graduated with summa cum laude will get an incentive of ₱10,000.00 cash plus plaque, magna cum laude ₱5,000.00 plus plaque and cum laude ₱3,000.00 plus plaque.
• No domancy

III. Interest Rate:

• 5% per annum compounded annually.
• Interest is calculated at the end of the year (Dec. 31) based on the balance and credited to the account every first week of the first quarter.
• In case of the beneficiary's untimely death, prevailing interest rate of 5% shall be computed.
